I’m getting mixed messages. On one hand, I’m hearing “Employers care more about certification than they do whether or not you have a bachelors.” But then I go on sites like Monster, and the jobs make no mention of Certification, they’re interested in candidates with a Bachelors degree.

So what’s the truth as you see it? Will a person with an Associates in Computer Networking(plus certifications such as CCNA or even CCNP) have a hard time finding jobs?
