How can I enter a computer in Networking?

We have 7 PCs coneceted in Networking. At PC1, all 6 PCs are showing in “Computers near me”. but when i click PC2 for downloadind some data in PC1, an error occures that network not identifies the PC2. Neverthless, other PCs are openning in PC1. What should I do?
