Thinking of starting my own technology firm (computer networking). What should I need to get started?

My firm would specialize in networking busineses, repairing their computers. But I mostly want to stay in the networking area.
If anyone out there has a technology firm, I would appreciate an estimate of how much your company makes a year, and how much you would pay your employees.
