BlaBla asked:

I’ve been a network engineer for 9 years working first hand with hundreds of different clients.

I however, want to start generating clients of my own, but I don’t know the first thing about selling Computer / IT Services.

How do I convey the value of my service to a potential client? How would I go about the pitch? Any tips would be appreciated.

Thinking of starting my own technology firm (computer networking). What should I need to get started?

Besides money, what do you all recommend? Here in town, there is only one competitor. I plan to only hire two to three people, that way I can pay them a good salary and also be able to make a profit for myself.

My firm would specialize in networking busineses, repairing their computers. But I mostly want to stay in the networking area.

If anyone out there has a technology firm, I would appreciate an estimate of how much your company makes a year, and how much you would pay your employees.

Thanks

My husband is majoring in Computer Networking and we would really like to start a business after he graduates and gets some experience under his belt. How would we go about this and what would we need to get started?
