Besides money, what do you all recommend? Here in town, there is only one competitor. I plan to only hire two to three people, that way I can pay them a good salary and also be able to make a profit for myself.

My firm would specialize in networking busineses, repairing their computers. But I mostly want to stay in the networking area.

If anyone out there has a technology firm, I would appreciate an estimate of how much your company makes a year, and how much you would pay your employees.
